Register An Account

1.    How do I register?

We recommend that you use your email address as your username, this makes it much easier to remember. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 characters in length. You can easily create your  by clicking here to register.

2.    cannot login to my account.

Check your login details carefully. Make sure the email address is the same one you used for registration, and the password you entered is correct. Please make sure that your web browser accepts cookies. It might be a problem caused by store system maintenance; please wait 15 minutes and try again. If you are still not able to access your account, please contact our Customer Service and outline the problem.

3.    forgot password

If you forgot your password, just click the "Forgot your password?" link on “sign in” Page and we will send you an automated email with information on how to reset your password.

4.    How can I change my password?

Log in to your account. Locate the “Change Password ” option on the left corner and click it to reset your password.

5.    the difference between the billing address and the shipping address

The billing address should be the same address you provided to your bank when you applied for your credit/debit card; the shipping address is the one you want us to ship the order to.

Order

1.    How do I place an order?

Ordering online is very easy! When viewing items, just select the desired size, color and quantity, and click "Add to Shopping Bag". After putting the required items in the shopping bag, just click the "Continue to checkout" button. Then, enter all discount coupon codes or Z points that you might want to use for discounted prices. Finally, you will be guided to complete the delivery address, delivery method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address with the content of your order!

2.    How long can my shopping bag be stored?

The shopping bag linked to your account will retain its contents for up to 30 days. This applies to all customers.

3.    The goods added to my shopping bag are sold out.

The item can only be reserved after the purchase is completed during the checkout process. If an item is very popular and has limited stock, it may be sold out once you check out. Items added to the shopping bag can be stored for a total of 30 days, but there is no guarantee that they will always be in stock. Therefore, it is recommended that you submit payment as soon as possible.

4.    How do I know what size to choose?

You can view the handy size guide on the product page and check our size chart for easy reference.

5.    Can I cancel/change the order I just placed?

You can contact our customer service team to make changes before the order is sent, but please contact us as soon as possible to make changes to avoid order delays.

If your order is cancelled within 24 hours after purchase, a $1.5 operating fee will be deducted from the payment channel. If you decide to cancel the order, please submit a help ticket from "Contact Us". For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, we will charge a 15% cancellation fee. If the order has been shipped, we will not accept the request to cancel the order, and access the after-sales service.

1.    What kinds of payment are accepted?

4.    Will I have to pay any sales tax?

Tax is charged by Customs offices in destination country based on their rules and policies. customer is responsible to find out the situation in their country. Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, If any, these charges must be paid by the customers.Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, MYFLOVE cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

Shipping

1.    Do you want to ship to my country?

We ship orders to most countries and regions in the world. Of course, some countries cannot be transported. If you fill in the address and show that it cannot be transported, it means that the transportation cannot be arranged temporarily

2.    How much is the shipping cost?

Generally speaking, the total transportation cost will depend on the following factors:

The destination country of the parcel;

The number of goods ordered, and the total weight and volume (size) of the package;

You can add the product to the shopping cart, and then view the shipping cost that will be automatically calculated and displayed. Of course, if the order value reaches the free shipping, it can be shipped for free.

3.    How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note that total time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances.)

Return & Exchanges

How to return or exchange goods?

If you need to return the goods for some reason, please contact our customer service staff to confirm, provide the warehouse address closest to you, and follow all the instructions provided.

 Please note the following product return requirements:

Goods must be unworn and unwashed;

Goods must have all labels, original packaging, accessories and decorations intact;

Gift cards, jewelry, underwear, swimsuits and bodysuits are non-refundable. 

Refunds

We will process the refund within approximately 3 to 10 working days after receiving your return. The exact time may vary, depending on the payment provider.
